Our Story
Since our founding in the 1950s by L.D. “Pat” Patterson, a watchmaker by trade, generations of families have shopped with us. As a traditional jeweler, Mr. Patterson and his staff offered fine jewelry as well as clocks, watches, china, crystal, and sterling. Since that time, we have been an integral part of historic downtown New Ulm. Pat was soon joined by his son Doug, a jeweler and watchmaker, and shortly thereafter by another son, Kevin, who established a well-respected presence in Mankato in the early 70s. With a deep commitment to community and to a trade that had been in the family for decades, Doug and Kevin expanded the business to design and manufacturing in the early 80s. Their vision took the company in a dramatic new direction, which led to improved client services, manufacturer-direct pricing, and an evolving focus on original and custom pieces.
Today, as the area’s premier manufacturing jeweler, we focus on basics as well as custom design to bring the very best to you, very affordably. Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase date. Items which have been worn, altered (including sizing), damaged, etc. are not returnable for refund.
